Terms of Service
⚠️ Disclaimer
🔴 By requesting a commission, you agree to our terms of service, which cover the conditions of purchase, use, and payment.
🟠 Violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of the commission, and you will be unable to request another.
🟡 I also reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable.
🟢 I will retain all rights to the final artwork.
🔵 No complete refunds.
🟣 Go to the Information Page if you agreed with the TOS.
🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations:
🛑 I have all the right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of a full refund.
❌ Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. It may result in a cancellation without giving the customer a refund, and may result in the seller refusing any service to the customer in the future.
You can request a refund if:
🔷 Artwork hasn't begun.
🔶 If work has started, a partial refund may be possible based on progress. Contact me promptly in such cases.
Information
🗃️ Process
If you have already read the TOS and agreed to it, you can:
🟥 Contact me through DM either on my Instagram (@
khei5150), DA or via email at [email protected].
🟧 Include character information, info about your character as accurate as possible, and any special requests (i.e. reference images, etc.)
🟨 Once payment is received via PayPal invoice, I'll start your commission.
🟩 The customer agrees to pay the full amount of the commission up front.
🟦 It may take 2 to 4 weeks, 3 WIPs will be sent so you can see how the commission is going.
🟪 You'll receive the full-resolution PNG and unwatermarked version upon completion.
